Our Management
At BSKP MUN, our management is distinguished by its excellence in coordination and commitment to providing an outstanding experience.
Our team’s passion for MUN is unparalleled, and we prioritize your experience so much that, to be honest, our own CIE grades might be hanging by a thread! But hey, it’s all worth it for you!

The Male Wing
Welcome to the Male Wing of Management, where 70% of us are men, and the other 30%… well, still male, just with more “swagger.” Here, we don’t really talk much — we just show up, destroy some grades, and occasionally drop a skull emoji 💀… actually, scratch that — we drop it every time, 💀💀💀💀. It’s basically our signature move. You’ll usually find us frantically typing away, pretending to be serious, while secretly plotting how to get through the day without too much effort.
We’re the ones who’ll turn a simple task into a full-blown mission, just to make it “fun” (or, you know, procrastinate until it’s basically too late). If you need something done, we’ll either overdo it or leave it until it’s basically too late. Either way, we’ll get it done💀 — with some minor casualties (sorry, grades). We don’t always follow the rules, but we do follow our own… chaotic path. 💀
A special mention goes to the one who always informs us (very enthusiastically) about how MUN is the perfect way to “ruin your life” — yes, those uplifting lectures do wonders for our motivation. The more we’re told we’re doomed, the harder we work to prove otherwise. It’s a strange cycle, but hey, it works. That’s probably enough, ig (for those who don’t know, ‘ig’ = ‘I guess’). If we say any more, we might risk some serious casualties💀; so at last, maybe, Thank You Sir!! 😬💀
In short, we’re here, we’re loud, we’re probably using the skull emoji too much💀, but at least we’re consistent.
“No matter how unusual we are, this way works, and that’s all that matters. (We might have sacrificed a few grades along the way, but hey, we’re learning, right? 💀💀💀)”
The Female Wing
Our team is committed to creating a supportive and dynamic environment where collaboration, empowerment, and leadership drive our efforts. We are motivated by a shared passion for global issues and a desire to make a positive impact through diplomacy and dialogue. Our team is made up of a diverse group of thinkers, organizers, and problem-solvers, all united by a common goal: empowering young leaders and fostering growth within the Model United Nations community.
As a dedicated group of dynamic young women, we focus on building a platform that encourages youth to engage in global dialogue, develop critical skills, and take on leadership roles. We thrive on creativity, teamwork, and the occasional coffee-fueled brainstorming session to bring you a conference as dynamic as the world we live in. Together, we work collaboratively to shape an environment that promotes professional growth, strategic thinking, and confidence.
By promoting leadership in diplomacy and international relations, we aim to inspire a new generation of leaders to excel in both academic and professional arenas.
“P.S. No delegates were harmed in the making of this… maybe just some grades.”
